Rates & Terms

We offer several options to suit your needs.

Hourly Rate

We can work with you on a per project basis. Hourly rate is determined based on the needs and the complexity of the project. There is a 2 hour minimum and time is tracked in 15 minute increments

Retainer Package

This is ideal for clients who need ongoing assistance. Retainer packages ensure continued support and guarantee you a specific number of hours each month. Each Retainer Package is offered with a discount. We encourage clients who opt for a retainer package to discuss with us how we can best help you utilize all hours purchased.

Standard Retainer Packages

10 hours per Month
15 hours per Month
20 hours per Month
30 hours per Month

Terms

Invoices are sent out on the 1st and the 15th of each month.
For projects, a deposit of 50% of the total invoice is due before project begins.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Retainer payments are made at the first of each month.
